HEADWORKS FACILITY

Date: December 2023 - February 2024
Services Provided: CIWS collaborated with Sundt & Walsh on various components of the project. This included the assembly and setup of trailers, as well as the installation and management of sewer and water systems. We also completed both the rough and finish work for the ADA-compliant restroom. Additionally, CIWS handled the installation of a rainwater system for the administrative buildings.

Ductile Pipes & Butterfly Valves

Services Provided: CIWS collaborated with Western Waters on the testing, engineering, and installation of ductile pipes ranging from 4" to 10" in diameter, as well as the installation of butterfly valves.

Services Provided: CIW and Sons served as the prime subcontractor for plumbing on the Alex Pitcher Pavilion building. CIW collaborated with the project team to complete the plumbing installation with excellence.

Services Provided: CIW Sons Plumbing spearheaded the prefabrication process for the Sunnydale HOPE Project, setting up offsite prefabrication for efficient installation of waste, drain, and hot & cold water systems—streamlining the build and enhancing project efficiency.
